So Long Nursery...

We've been a part of our church's nursery class for 4 1/2 years now. And, sadly, last night was the last time we'll ever have a child in the Richardson East nursery. Nicholas will turn 2 on Saturday, so he will move up to the 2-year-old class on Sunday morning. It's hard to grasp that I will not be having any more babies. And, even harder to grasp that my "baby" is now TWO!! How did that happen so fast?

So... so long nursery. You've been good to us & we'll definitely miss you!

If you ever want a nursery update, just ask us. I have a feeling we'll be in there for a long, long time.

If you feel the need to hold a baby, give me a call! Some days I could really use an extra lap or two! On Sunday, Cameron refused to walk into church....so Kevin carried Cameron and the carseat with Sheridan in it. I had Garrett and two diaper bags! Fun! Of course, I'm sure we'll miss it in a few years when they all think they can do it themselves. Did I tell you that Garrett is finally walking? Yeah!

Oh, I never said that I wasn't going to be in the nursery!! :) I'll still be assisting Susan Cox on Wednesday nights, so I'll be in there. Nicholas, however, will not.

And, Carol, I would LOVE to hold Sheridan for you!! That would be so wonderful! I'd be more than happy to give you a rest every now & then. Or, I'll take those rowdy boys off your hands. Bring them by to play with the kiddos so you & that sweet girl can have some Mommy/Daughter time together. You need a break!
